# Clarido: complex information, made clear

Too much important information is written for the sender rather than the reader: policies, terms and conditions, procedures. The people who need to understand it lose their way. Clarido puts the reader first.

What it does

## The same message, easier to understand

[

Clarido turns complex text into clear explanations as a web page, PDF or visual guide. The meaning stays intact while the information becomes easier to understand. Try it at [clarido.nl](https://clarido.nl/).

**The technology.** AI language models do the heavy lifting within a defined structure, with checks on the result. Layout, tone and presentation are specified to make the output predictable and useful. These screenshots come from the application itself; select an image to enlarge it.

Getting started

## Text, link or file — three simple steps

Paste text, add a link or upload a file. Then choose what you would like: a web page, a PDF, a visual guide or all three. Extra settings are available if you want more control, but the usual workflow needs just three steps.

The outcome

## A clear web page, also available as a PDF

The result is a well-organised web page, with a summary at the top, clear headings and key points laid out side by side. Read it online, share it or save it as a PDF. You can also include the original request and source material.

Visual explanations

## The essentials in one image

[

![A visual guide from Clarido: one generated illustration explaining the main points of a long text in three panels](https://www.mahieu.nl/assets/img/ai/toepassing-clarido-uitlegbeeld.webp)

](https://www.mahieu.nl/assets/img/ai/toepassing-clarido-uitlegbeeld-groot.webp) The main points of a long text, brought together in a single illustration.

Sometimes one image explains more than a page of text. Clarido can turn a long text into a single generated illustration that conveys the main points in a few panels. Download it for use in a presentation, newsletter or similar material.

Why it matters

## From an idea to a working application

**What this demonstrates.** An idea can grow into a working application through small, practical steps. AI becomes useful when it is supported by structure and quality checks.

**How it relates to my services.** This shows what [taking an idea to a proof of concept](https://www.mahieu.nl/en/proof-of-concept/) can lead to in practice. It also illustrates the clear, accessible output I aim for in my work on [content and AI visibility](https://www.mahieu.nl/en/ai-visibility/).

## Verifiable evidence

### What you can verify in Clarido

- **Problem:** Complex source texts may be accurate while still being difficult for their intended readers to follow or understand.

- **Approach:** AI processes text, a URL or a file within a defined structure for the summary, organisation, tone and output format.

- **Status:** A live web application, available to try at [clarido.nl](https://clarido.nl/).

- **Demonstrable result:** The application produces a structured web page, a PDF and, if requested, a generated visual guide. You can test it directly.

- **Limitations:** Quality depends on the source material and the model’s output. Legal, medical and other high-stakes information still requires review by a suitably qualified person.
