## From idea to proof of concept

For organisations that want to test a digital idea, an AI application or a process improvement. I build the smallest working version that establishes whether the idea is useful, feasible and worth pursuing. If the idea is not yet defined, a short AI discovery phase provides a starting point.

**You receive:** a small working application, a technical assessment, lessons learnt and a recommendation to develop, adapt or stop.

What is the question, who is it for, and what would a useful answer achieve? You get an honest view of what is worth pursuing and what is not.

### Proposal agreed together

The appropriate format — a build, an analysis or a second opinion — with its scope, price and intended outcome. Clear expectations from the start.

### The work as agreed

Building, exploring or reviewing, depending on the project. You see progress along the way and help adjust the direction where needed.

### Delivery & next steps included

The result, together with honest advice on what to do next, including when to stop or work with another specialist.
